My method is alignment-based, breath-centered and playful: it weaves modern techniques with ancient healing arts to help facilitate your inner calm, increase productivity, and create balance between mind and body. I am fully certified in the Stott Pilates Method, a 500 hr E-RYT, NASM PT, and certified Ayurvedic Health Advisor.
