About the Event
Ayurvedic lifestyle tips/ all levels movement/ breath work/ restorative postures/ guided meditation
The retreat will be divided into 2 sessions: The first will be an hour-long talk and Q&A offering Ayurvedic tips for the season (and extenuating health concerns). The second will be a 60-minute movement class including deeply nourishing restorative and Yin postures aimed at balancing your unique constitution followed by a 20-30 minute yoga nidra (guided meditation to help induce deep relaxation and calm). You can come to both or one, there will be a short break between sections.
